In this 20 hours class, you will be hand crafting sugar
paste (pastillage) flowers:
small orchid, lilies of the valley, catleya orchid,
stephanotises, pulled scissor flowers
, Peonies, foliage like fern, eucalypt and ivy leaves.
Gelatin butterflies.
You will make a cake top ornament and a
unique separator made with different cutters.
You will take home a 4 tiers wedding cake dummy.
Is this class for me?
This class is intended for the advanced cake decorator,
however a novice with basic understanding of gum paste
and fondant can participate.
If you have never covered a cake in fondant before, this
class is not recommended.
All tools and materials will be provided for class.
