We are pleased to announce a wonderful 5 day cake decorating workshop here in Ocala, Central Florida USA. Where students will enjoy professional knowledge regarding the many aspects of the art of cake decorating.
What are you getting?
A very small class (maximaximum 5 people), sugar paste and equipment. Good fresh food for a light lunch, coffee, water, lots of techniques and tender loving guidance. If you have special requirements regarding food or allergies, it is requested to bring your own.
Working space: We have a very well lighted and spacious area where you will be working. Lunch will be served in the dining room.
Course content:
You will be making specially design birthday, baptism, bridal, a 3 tier wedding cake, sugar flowers in pastillaje and different fondant techniques.

Class Time: 10:00AM to 4:00 PM
Cost: $650.00 per person A deposit of $150.00 is required. Non refundable unless class is cancelled.
This course is suitable for those with basic knowledge that want to learn advanced skills. You will find so much to learn and enjoy.
