Our advance seminars are tailored to suit you professional needs.   Techniques like bridgework, filigrees, brush embroidery, battemberg lace, free standing collars and many more will prepare you to success in the competitive cake decorating market.   See the bridal bouquet, catleya orchids, stephanotis  and ivy are some of the many flowers you can learn in our seminars. We also offer cold porcelain classes.  We specialize in exotics flowers and plants. We will give you  our easy to do recipe for the cold porcelaine paste.  We also have a variety of favors for all ocassions. This summer we are offering a seminar in cold porcelain natural-like plants. The doll in a basket on the left was done in a Cold Porcelain .
