This cake done with Che Nancy Slatsky from One Ocean Resort at Jacksonville Beach using techniques like stencilling, run-out monogram, use of designer rolling pin, horizontal swags, cornelli lace and cut outs, bows and use of super pearl. It also have catleya orchids, ivy leaves and royal icing corals. Lots of work but very gratifying. Congratulations Chef Nancy!!!
